Step Set Up
Steps are activities that should take place as a part of a process and without steps there is no process.
They illustrate progress to citizens tracking progress whilst also driving how work is assigned, any actions like emails that should be sent and control the constituent elements of the SLA for a process.
There are six types of process step, which are illustrated when you click on the blue icon to add the first step - as shown below:

We will now walk through the functionality of each step type.
