IEG4 Emails

Part of IEG4's set up of OpenProcess will be to set up this action type and will therefore be present automatically when you click on the Action tab in the Steps area.

The email from address can have DKIM/DMARC functionality enabled such that the council 'signs' the emails.

In order to update the email from address to leverage DKIM/DMARC, you will need to raise a support ticket via:
