There is a function that allows you to configure Process Retention Periods. This allows you to specify the number of days that completed and abandoned processes will be retained for. After that number of days completed and abandoned processes will be deleted by the system.
OpenProcess – Setup – Processes
Click on the name of the Process:
On the Details tab you will see a field “Retention policy (number of days)” where you can type in the number of days to retain completed and abandoned processes for.
Please note that Deleted processes cannot be recovered.
