The users area is where one can see which users are set up in OneVu Control, the groups they're associated with and provides the means to disable them from access altogether.

The user will be sent an email to enable them to complete the creation of their user account containing the following message:
It is important to note that a user's email cannot already exist as a citizen account. I.e. it is good advice to NEVER use your work email for a OneVu citizen account as it will prevent that email being used to access the back office apps.

The person creating the user should create a temporary password for the officer and your guidance should advise them to use the 'Forgot password' function to set it to something only they know.
This functionality ensures officers can reset their passwords securely. Once they've clicked the Forgot password link in the previous screenshot they'll be asked to provide their email address to have a reset link sent to them.
If someone should have their access disabled it's as simple as clicking the following 'Deny' button:
When access has been removed, it flips to show the following:
"To complete the registration process please confirm your account by clicking on the following link. "
