Permissions

The following are the permissions that one can associate with a group:

Permission
What does it permit?

Customer Service Access

This is the permission necessary to access the Customer Service Vu function.

Management Access

This is the permission necessary to access the OneVu Control function.

Customer Service Process Access

Customer service agents are able to drill into the process detail in Track My Requests.

Reporting

One is able to access the OneVu reporting function in Reportal

ServiceVu Diagnostics

One is able to access the ServiceVu Diagnostics function inside OneVu control and in Customer Service Vu.

Notification Configuration

One is granted permission to configure notifications for a given department e.g. to set these up for eBilling in Council Tax.

Notification Processing

One is granted permission to access the Notifications function

Notification Job

One is granted permission to drill down into the details of a specific notification in Contact Management

Timeline Event Processing

This provides access to the timeline function

Facebook Message Processing

Not relevant for users

API Administration

Enables that user's credentials to be used when accessing the OneVu API functionality where this is licensed.

OpenProcess to access OneVu

Not relevant for users

Bot Access (OneVu)

Not relevant for users

Broadcast administration

One is able, where Broadcast is licensed, to view and enable/disable broadcast topics.
