OpenProcess
OpenProcess reporting provides managers with insight of load, success and performance across process stages, processes, users, teams, departments and the entire council.
There are the following reports available:
Summary - Dashboard giving an overall ‘health’ of tasks across the council
Process Analysis - enables users to view performance and counts of processes
Task Analysis - enables managers to report upon specific process stages in/out of SLA
Group Allocations - enables managers to see performance across teams:
User Analysis - enables managers to view individual user performance and compare users between one another
Customer Allocations - enables managers to see the locations of where the citizens that generated the request are. In terms of Council Ward and their location on a map.
With all reports, it is possible to make them full screen and to export the detail to Microsoft Excel.
