Two-way Communication

As mentioned earlier in My tasks, when adding notes within OpenProcess it is possible for citizens to respond directly to notifications sent to them. In order for this to take place:

a) The customer must have a notification preference for progress updates to be either SMS or Facebook Messenger in their OneVu Profile

b) You must have set up two-communication with the respective channels.
