Search Processes

While My Tasks/Supervise Tasks only show in progress work, the 'Search processes' function allows one to find any process whether it is completed or not.

Search Processes

The functionality largely revolves around the filters/search capabilities on the right hand side. The options available are:

Account Status

Account status has three options:

• Any

• Specific Account

• No Account

If Any is selected it will find any processes irrespective of the account it might linked to.

If Specific Account is selected the user can then choose to look for any OneVu or other back office (if connected) system reference. I.e. find processes for the OneVu Account: [e-mail].

If No Linked Accounts is selected then it will find any processes where there is no linked account associated with the process.

Type

This is self explanatory and allows you to filter the results for a specific process type.

Form Ref

This allows you to search for any process which was triggered by a form with a specific form reference.

Process Status

There are four options to filter the results upon:

• Any

• Not Started

• In Progress

• Complete

Start Dates

Very useful to quickly filter results to a date range you want to focus on.

The earliest start date is the one you'll most likely use as it says to look for any processes after that date.

The latest start date will look for any processes before that date and so can be used in conjunction with earliest start date if it is a specific period of time you're interested in.

Note that the ability to Export to CSV is only available if you are licensed for the OpenProcess Export to CSV functionality.

When the results are returned one can click on a result to see the processes' details:

The Refresh button is there to ensure that any changes that happen after this was opened can be retrieved.

Actions when a process is open

If a user is linked to a Group and that group is set to be able to update processes in this screen, it is possible within Search Processes for that user to carry out action on processes that they are not assigned.

Add a note on a process not assigned to oneself

This can make things much quicker than reassigning it and then doing the updates.
