a) Create a Twilio account:
b) Get your API key from Twilio
Once done, please raise a support ticket via:
Providing the following details:
Request Type: Set up OpenProcess Action
Action Type: WhatsApp
API Key: Your Twilio API Key details.
Once provided IEG4's team will set this up for you.
