The simplest of the conditions you can set for visibility are:
true / false
I.e. if the visibility is true the question will ALWAYS show (assuming data is passed for any data items present)
If it is false, which is the default behaviour when a question is added for the first time, it will never be shown.
The visibility indicator is set by clicking on the ‘eye’ icon immediately above a Data Tile of content i.e.
