Importing a silo

Within a given 'silo' it is possible to 'Extract' the contents and import it into another OneVu instance. This is very useful for keeping test and live content in synchronisation with one another.

To Extract the content click on the down facing chevron in the top right of a silo. Here one can see the options of Delete, Import and Extract:

In order to import a silo you must first have the necessary zip file to do so. In order to get this you need to click the 'Extract' option, which will provide the following:

A zip file is downloaded to your PC when 'Extract Silo' is clicked.

Then, with zip file at the ready go to the silo in live (or somewhere else) and this time click the 'Import' option. This will present the following:

One can then browse for and upload the zip file extracted earlier to instantly copy all of the FAQ content from one silo to another.
