Configure My Area Directory Display Component

We first need to configure the view component to display a directory within the front end, either for OneVu, Drupal or CitizenVu. Configuring the component enables us to select an icon that will appear as a layer within the map; we must also determine which fields from the records are displayed to the user, including the asset name which will appear when the user selects it within the map view. There may be fields within the records that we do not wish to display to the user, such as Longitude or Lattitude. Finally, we can also create groups for our directories, e.g. if you have several directories relating to Health, such as GP Surgeries, Dental Practices, Pharmacies etc., you may wish to group all of these separate directories as Health.
