Because a person may be sent a text message to let them know about the new article there needs to be a digital repository for this online. The Web Content therefore provides the content of the website page that a person will be directed to if the article body is not contained already.

As one can see there is a rich text editor to enable you to add content quickly and easily.

There is also the ability to add raw HTML, Images, Videos using the various functions within the tool bar.

Clearly, the web pages would be branded to reflect your own council but the following illustrates the above sample content as shown when accessed as a link:
