Topic visibility in OneVu

Often topics are seasonal or just relevant for a short period of time. Therefore within OneVu Control, where Broadcast is licensed one will see the Broadcast icon toward the bottom of the navigation menu.

HINT

You need to have the appropriate permission too. This is called Broadcast administration

When this screen is accessed it 'speaks' to the Broadcast system to pull in the topics available. A user is then able to Enable/Disable the topic which in turn sets whether it is visible/invisible respectively:

In the above, we can see there are two topics enabled. These are the only broadcast topics showing in the notifications area:

The Progress Updates section is always present and relates to setting a preference for progress updates on service requests.
