Organisations

If you expect that you will have parts/entire processes completed by external organisations then you will want to create these before you start building processes.

Organisations simply need a name and description of what they do:

These can then be assigned work as a part of a process as outlined earlier in Step Set Up.

In practice councils have opted to simply create external organisations in their own group to ensure that they have the same level of control over the things the organisation's users can do.
