Account Extracts

In order that OpenProcess can act as a true corporate document management application, we have added a new function, which enables a council to:

1. automatically import data extracts of key back office reference info from the Council’s local area network (LAN) to OpenProcess in the cloud for indexing purposes

2. map out which fields from each extract should be visible to the user when a process/ document is indexed

These two functions provide a massive amount of flexibility and efficiency of process.

The order in which you should set them up are: • Map the extract (user facing) • Run the import (IT controlled)
