Sometimes you might want to know what the outcome of our checks of the following were:
Department for Education Eligibility Checking Service
Back office Benefit system
Within IEG4's Forms Portal, which you can read all about here:
It is possible in the Documents tab to see multiple files related to this.
So in the following:
We can see two files:
FSMQuery.xml - this is the request we sent to the DfE's ECS service
FSMResponse.xml - this is the response we received from the DfE's ECS service
If someone is ineligible as a result of the DfE's ECS check, we will then check eligibility to LCTS. In that case we log three additional files:
These are:
CurrentClaim.xml - this is the detail of the benefit claim found
PersonSearchRequest.xml - This is the search request to find the person in the benefit system
PersonSearchRequest.xml - This is the search response when trying to find the person in the benefit system
Having access to these files is useful if there is any doubt about eligibility.
