Issuing Vouchers

Whilst we would recommend the use of only BACS to maximise automation, it is possible to also support the issue of vouchers.

Where you don't mandate bank account provision within the form, the customer can then be issued with vouchers. However, you need to be mindful that this means you will be manually recording details of:

a) A URL for the voucher

b) Details of how they can get the voucher if not a URL

Please provide details to your Project Manager of whether you wish to support vouchers.
