Taxi Driver - Vehicle Licence

The Vehicle Licence application is able to provide council specific guidance. As well as being able to capture:

• Who they are, where they live, their contact phone numbers and email address

• Whether there will be additional licence holders

• The type of licence being applied for with support for:

  • for different questions, evidence requirements, pricing breakdowns as appropriate.

  • questions for Hackney Wheelchair accessible licence applications

  • questions for private hire regarding their operator where appropriate

• Details of where vehicles will be stored when not in use (i.e. Hackney Cabs)

• Vehicle details

  • Registration date

  • Make, model, colour, body type, engine size, mileage, number of seats

• Approved MOT Testing location information

• Fire extinguisher and insurance information

The form is able to integrate directly with the payment system to capture the payment and once the payment is successful fully automate the creation of the case in the licensing application.
