Request a Bin

This intelligent online form enables your citizens to request new, replacement or additional bins in line with your council’s policies. Plus, where you charge for bins this can be incorporated into the form along with taking the payment prior to creation of the job.

Key Functionality

The following functionality is provided by the form:

• Address look up

• Support for capturing whether it is a new build / new bin set requires to be delivered

• Support for getting a replacement / additional bin, including:

  • Support for a maximum number of bins of each type

  • The ability to support controlling which bins a citizen can replace one with e.g. blue 140 litre can only be swapped with blue 240 litre

  • Different pricing for every bin type including supporting different price points when it is an additional vs a replacement

• The ability to support councils’ policies on maximum black bins for large families etc.

• Integration to the payment system to capture payment as a part of the process
