The Taxi Driver Licence Renewal form is an intelligent online service that enables citizens to complete a licence renewal entirely through the digital channel. This is proving important in a post-COVID 19 era.
Capture the citizen’s personal details e.g. name / address / licence reference number to be able to authenticate them in real-time with the back-office licensing system.
Captures details on cautions, convictions and financial information
Enables supporting documentation to be uploaded
Ensures that the citizen agrees to the terms, conditions and declaration
Captures the full payment at the point of submission to ensure you only need to deal with the renewal when payment has already been received.
By being able to authenticate the citizen, we’re able to shorten the length of the form and also maximise automation by virtue of being able to link it to the existing case info. Where a match is not found / incorrect data has been entered the citizen is presented with a warning as shown below:
