The Garden Waste Subscription service is a highly intelligent online waste service that enables the automated capture of garden waste subscription requests into your waste management system.

Key Functionality

The following functionality is provided by the form:

1. Address look up

2. Support for discounted pricing for applicants in receipt of benefits

3. Dynamically determine whether an address has a subscription to be renewed based on the Council’s renewal periods

4. Support for citizens to request the following:

o new subscription

o renewal subscription (with no changes)

o renewal subscription (with changes)

5. Different pricing based on the number of bins to be collected and the bins to be delivered

7. The ability to support councils’ policies on the number of bins that can be collected
