eClaim

IEG4’s eClaim enables citizens to apply for help with:

• Housing Benefit

• Local Council Tax Support/Reduction/Discount

• Free School Meals / School Clothing Allowance

With an intuitive and dynamic design, IEG4’s eClaim means a citizen’s online form scales (becomes smaller or larger) reflective of their circumstances. The number of pages is kept to a minimum as a result. Equally, where a person’s circumstances are complex, the form expands in scale to handle this.

To ensure data is always provided accurately there is validation on fields that will clearly show where an issue lies. E.g. a National Insurance number entered incorrectly. Help can be added/edited/ accessed with buttons able to be added against every single question.

The eClaim is designed to ask questions contextually, maximise digital usage and welfare uptake. So, where a child is added it is possible to add expenses like childcare costs as well as to apply for Free School Meals where the person meets the relevant qualifying criteria.
