The eClaim is capable of integrating to the following back-office applications using national benefit schema (which IEG4 is the custodian of) driven APIs:
Capita
Civica
NEC
The integration we have is:
Bi-directional (we pull and push data from and to the back office application)
Secure (we provide you with an , which sits on your council network and provides a secure outbound connection to council's own Microsoft Azure instance)
For eClaim, we search the back office to see if there is an existing claim already held i.e. a cancelled/expired one to prevent duplication.
If one is found the claim reference is appended to the new claim data sent to the back office, which links the two things together.
Plus, the form's PDF and any associated evidence can also be indexed with an existing claim reference.
The integration to the back office, i.e. where the data is posted to is set up by IEG4 staff. Therefore if the URL for your back office application changes, (for Capita integration, this also includes the ABC security credentials), you'll need to raise a ticket for this to be done:
