The Request Assisted collection service enables those who are physically unable to take their bins out, either temporarily or permanently, to request an assisted collection.
The form captures details of the person, their contact details and their reason for assistance:
Where a person can get assistance with putting their bins out they are told they're ineligible for assistance.
Where there is no one to assist, they're then able to select their address, using the built in look up, and submit the form:
