Where OpenProcess is not used as your document management system, the process is capable of saving a notification of any exceptions which can be automatically indexed to a document management system based on the account number.
We can provide integration to the following widely used back-office EDM applications:

IEG4 OpenProcess
Once the process is installed, IEG4 support will complete the setup within Open Process.
The output is a text file showing the following content:
objectType: the type of update i.e. voids or lets
externalReference: this is the unique process id and can be used to retrieve the process in Open Process. It consists of the filename with the row id from the file appended to the end
errorStep: the API step that has failed
errorMessage: the API error response
