Introduction

With online forms for Council Tax comprising a huge proportion of the work councils receive, IEG4’s Council Tax forms have been designed with ease of completion, intuitiveness and automation in mind.

Revenues Process Orchestration (RPO)* is the engine that powers the integration with back-office applications and the functionality it provides ensures the councils using these services are consistently achieving 90% to 100% automation levels without any human involvement.

*RPO and thus integration to the back-office is currently only available for Northgate and Capita back-office Council Tax applications.
