Landlord Voids & Lets Processing

The product enables upload of landlords’ voids and lets files to facilitate an automated bulk update of council tax accounts in accordance with the information received.

General Functionality

The product supports two move types, which are:

• new tenancy started (let)

• existing tenancy ended (void)

The product also caters for the automated award and termination of empty unfurnished discounts.

Localisation

The product has settings which enables the council to:

• Enter the format for council tax account numbers

• Set the payment scheme applicable to new accounts created for each landlord

• Set the recovery profile for each landlord
