Risk Based Verification
The eChanges form already provides a dynamic list of evidence to the citizen but, with RBV enabled, IEG4 can integrate with RBV services to:
β’ Retrieve a risk score between 1-12
β’ Assign the risk category Low, Medium and High
β’ Dynamically reduce the evidence list if the risk is low
β’ Dynamically insert a risk category specific paragraph to let the citizen know if they can provide
originals and/or scanned/uploaded documents
β’ Determine whether an upload button should be shown e.g. on High Risk a council can choose to
hide this functionality.
β’ Add the risk score to the cover page of the eChanges PDF passed to the back-office EDMS
β’ Add the risk to the XML passed to the back-office processing application
β’ Dynamically enable/disable fast track based upon the risk score
The risk score can therefore be seen by the back-office staff on the PDF, in the back-office
application and within our Forms Portal.
TransUnion are also able to carry out a Credit Reference Agency search on different risk categories
which can be presented to users of IEG4βs software.
IEG4 is able to integrate to both of the following RBV service providers:
TransUnion
Xantura
