Users can only be added by those who have the right permissions to do so.
Once you have signed-on to the configuration system, the following screen will appear:
By clicking on 'Users', any existing Users will be displayed:
Pressing the 'Create' Button, the following screen will appear:
You can now enter the relevant information:
By pressing ‘Create’, the system will create the User and automatically send an e-mail to both the Administrator of the Organisation (for Audit purposes) and to the new User. The user will have to create a new password on first use, or if a User already has a OneVu account (assuming the Organisation uses our OneVu system), then they will be able to sign-on using their existing OneVu password.
The following screen will then appear:
The User will now be created, but needs the addition of security group(s) which gives them certain permissions as to what they can access (See Security Groups below).
