Accessing Self-Service
Applicants can use the login details provided in the automated communication to login to their OneVu portal. This can be by smart phone, tablet computer or laptop.
If this is the first time that the applicant is viewing their Blue Badge on-line, they need to Register for an Account by clicking on the 'Email Address' at the bottom of the Sign-in screen. This step can be ignored if the applicant already has a OneVu account.
The applicant will be presented with a form to Register for an account.
They will complete the registration form and press Submit and the following screen will appear.
They will then be sent an e-mail in which they will be asked to confirm their e-mail address. Once they have confirmed, they will be re-presented with the original Login screen, into which they can enter the e-mail and password that they have just created.
On subsequent visits they will not have to Register again, but will be presented directly into the Login Screen where all they need to enter is their e-mail address and password.
Once they have logged in, their self-serve Portal 'Get answers fast' screen will be presented.
They will select the Accessible Transport service. As you can see there is the possibility of more than one tile at this stage depending upon whether another of your service directorates uses this self-serve system as well.
When presented with this screen, they need to input their Application reference which is shown above and their Year of birth - their Last Name will be propogated from their sign-in - then select 'Register'. The following screen will appear:
They will then be able to view the status of their application, upload documents or pay using GOV.UK Pay (if you use this method of payment), without having to contact you.
