Using GOV.UK Notify - if this available to you - e-mails and SMS messages can also be sent as communication with the applicant, but requires these notifications to be added to the workflow at defined stages and outcomes. These can be agreed at integration time.
We need the Id of the notification for us to add it to the workflow.
Notify text is only added and modified in the GOV.UK Notify system.
