Data Anonymisation

In order to comply with data retention policies, which may differ between Authorities, the Data Anonymisation process is configurable.

Once the process has run, only the case reference and date of birth remain, as these are required for reporting purposes.

When accessing the record, no further personal information is displayed.

Selecting the Active case still drills into the details, but there is no personal information.

Workflow steps are also void of information.

Information requests/emails also cannot be seen.
