If GOV.UK PAY is not in use within your Council, then we have built in the ability to fully integrate to Pay360 Secure Card Portal.
The only technical element to this process is to add your council's access references as follows:
Scp id
Site id
HMAC
HMAC key id
Localisation
This system can link directly to Pay360 (if it's available to you) but to have access to it we require the access references as above. Once you have supplied these, we can then enable payments to be taken through the Customer Portal using Pay360.
If a payment is not received by the application route through the DfT, and you can take payments by other methods (cheque, BACS, cash, card) these payments can also be accepted and inputted manually via the Payment stage within the associated workflow. The user can select a payment to view further information such as Payment status.
Important
There is currently no method to enable us to refund directly to the Pay360 system. Only payments made via GOV.UK Pay can be refunded.
