Recent Cases

Each time you select an application within the work items menu, the browser uses cookies and will record this entry and save it to the Recent sidebar. This function enables you to quickly go back to the applications when working in batches. Once you have signed off, the Recent Cases start afresh. See the most recent cases as illustrated below:
