This function is used to manually create a new person into CMS. The system will only allow you to create a new person if there is no existing person using the NINO provided.
You will be presented with the ability to add a new person as illustrated below:
Having completed the relevant mandatory information, and pressing Create, the system will then prompt you to create a case linked to the person record.
By pressing on the 'Create case' button you can then begin to update the case with the appropriate application data.

Having completed the relevant mandatory information, when pressing on 'Create', the system will then prompt you to start uploading any relevant documentation linked to the person record.
If document upload is completed, or if no documents are available for upload, then by clicking on the 'Workflow' Tab a new screen appears allowing you to create a new workflow.
By clicking on 'New Workflow' a further screen appears allowing you to click on 'Choose Workflow' which will gives a dropdown menu which enables you to chose the workflow manaully for the type of application on which you are working.
