The Notes tab contains all notes made within the system. Notes are mandatory at certain points within the Workflow as dictated by your processes. Notes can also be added at any time as long as you have the correct permissions (See 'Permission Groups' below).
To highlight an important note, select 'Yes' under “Highlight as important”, input the note, and Press 'Save'. Upon submission of the important note, the system will highlight the note itself, and a red circle notification will display on the NOTES tab indicating the number of important notes on the case.
Anyone who now views the Case will be able to see that a note of importance needs to be looked at.
