This screen contains information held within, or applied to, the Case from an on-line entry only. For Blue Badge this is the exact information that has been entered by your Customers into the DfT online application.

For Freedom Pass and Taxi Cards it is a .pdf version of their application only, and the following breakdown is not available.

Contact details: This is a repeat of the Summary data, and contains the basic core date held at the case level: name, address, phone, email.

DfT payment: this shows whether the applicant has paid through the DfT on-line at the time of the their application.

Eligibility: The applicants reason behind why they are making the application. This is detemined by the DfT reasons. You can view all the information that the applicant provides when completing their application through the DfT.

Person: The applicants NINO.

Current Badge: If the applicant already has a badge issued through the DfT, then the badge number will be shown here. You can click on the below the Badge number. This will take you to the National Search details screen.

Eligibility details: This following information varies according to the applicants eligibility. In the following two examples, we have captured all the information that the applicant provided when completing their application through the DfT under the Waking Eligibility.
