Concessionary Travel Dashboard

The Concessionary Travel Dashboard is two reports of combined Blue Badge, Freedom Pass and Taxi Card data, accessed by clicking on the “Concessionary Travel Dashboard” Tile within the standard reporting platform:

These reports have a number of filter capabilities. The reports can be filtered by one or many of the following combinations of filters:

• Date Range (all Reports)

• Eligibility

• Age Range

• Gender

The Concessionary Travel Dashboard consists of the following reports:

• Summary:

  • Total Concessionary Applications

  • Concessionary Applications by Month

  • Location of Concessionary Applications (heat map)

• Concessionary Passes/Cards and Blue Badges

  • List of Badge, Pass and Card owners, with Blue Badge Number, Freedom Pass Reference (if captured within your workflow) and Taxi Card Reference (if captured within your workflow). You can drill down on this.

You can drill down on this report by pressing the under either the BBUrl the FPUrl, or the TCUrl. This will take you the CMS showing you details about the Badge, Pass and/or Card owners.
