A 'Badge is no longer needed' arises usually in the case of a resident passing away or maybe if the resident is moving abroad. Knowledge of this is known either through a communication from a relative, or in most Councils, through a TUO notification. This workflow is created manually.
The first screen that appears when you have chosen the workflow is as follows:
Depending uopn the option chosen, different results will appear. For instance if you were to select TUO, the following screen displays, where all that is needed is the TUO Reference Number to progress:
However, if you were to select Contact from Informant, the following screen displays, where details of the informant is needed along with the date the Badge owner passed away.
