Email Content

Each form has the following functionality in terms of emails. An email is sent to the citizen whenever:

  • They have provided an email address and

  • They save their form for later or

  • They submit their form

However, it is also possible to set up email reminders. An email reminder will be sent to any citizen that has started but not submitted an online form after a set number of hours (configurable by the council). The content of the emails can be updated by you and can be added in HTML format to ensure you can adhere to branding / make them mobile-responsive etc.
