Initial Contact
A Workflow has been created to allow âInitial Contactâ to be recorded.
When creating a manual case there is a new âReferral Pathwayâ for âInitial Contactâ:

Once the case has been created the âInitial Contactâ Workflow can be started:

The first step is âDoes the individual require a Checklist?â:

If Yes, click on the progress button underneath âYes â checklist is requiredâ which triggers the step âcomplete checklistâ.
When the checklist is submitted the user will need to complete the âComplete checklistâ step by recording the âDate checklist completedâ so that the Workflow process is complete:

If No, click on the progress button underneath âNo â checklist is not requiredâ which triggers the next step âChecklist not requiredâ where a mandatory free text reason needs to be recorded:

When a reason has been recorded, click on the âprogressâ button so that the Workflow process is complete.
