Where you don't mandate bank account provision within the form, the customer can then be issued with vouchers. However, you need to be mindful that this means you will be manually recording details of:
a) A URL for the voucher
b) Details of how they can get the voucher if not a URL

In the context of Free School Meal Holiday Payments, there is two way integration with OpenProcess.
Because the online form:
Searches (reads) for a previous award for the claimant's NINO and the UPRN of the property
Pushes (writes) the details of the application into OpenProcess to enable the bank details to be used in the creation of the BACS file
The service takes the applicant / partners NINO and compares this with already successful awards within the past x weeks. If they have already had an award they will be presented with a message like that shown below:
Unless you allow people to receive payments by voucher, the only screen that you'd need to look at in OpenProcess is 'Search Processes'.
